For years I performed at a high level and ignored every warning sign. I believed I was in control. In reality, I was heading towards burnout, and only when I was admitted to hospital did I understand how serious it had become.
Today I am the sparring partner I never had: for leaders who carry too much alone, and for expats expected to perform in a culture whose rules no one has explained to them.
I also know another side of pressure. In the course of my international career, I have witnessed colleagues being dismissed with immediate effect and, at the same moment, losing the visas that allowed them to remain in the country. It showed me how much is at stake when employment, identity and the right of residence are intertwined, and why the unwritten rules must be understood before they have consequences.
I am originally from Russia, live in Norway and have travelled extensively. My education spans public relations and public affairs, with a specialisation in employment law and international business communication, as well as hospitality. I am currently midway through my studies in psychology. For more than 5.5 years, I have taught leaders and professionals across a range of disciplines.
As a leader, you need more than a slower pace. I challenge you to think differently about how you lead, prioritise and make decisions. Together, we identify where your energy is leaking — in meetings, in decisions that are never concluded and in responsibilities you carry alone — and redirect it towards what genuinely drives results. We set concrete goals, follow them up consistently, and I help you recognise the opportunities ahead of you. You leave stronger, clearer and more decisive than when you began.
