Terms Of Service
Xeeva Agency provides advisory services within leadership, organizational development, culture, and strategic communication. All services are tailored, knowledge-based, and delivered in close collaboration with the client.
1. No Right of Withdrawal or Refunds
In accordance with applicable Norwegian law, including the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) §22(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully delivered or that have commenced with the client’s prior consent. By engaging Xeeva Agency, services are considered initiated upon agreement, and no refunds are provided for booked, initiated, or delivered services.
2. Nature of Services
All services are customized to each client’s needs. The value delivered consists of expertise, analysis, and advisory, which cannot be returned or reversed.
3. Cancellation Prior to Commencement
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start of services. Late cancellations, or cancellations after services have commenced, will be invoiced for time allocated, work performed, and any incurred costs.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, services may be rescheduled by agreement. This does not constitute grounds for refunds.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By entering into an agreement with Xeeva Agency, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.
